By accessing or using 1NailSystem ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
1NailSystem is a cloud-based salon management platform providing tools for employee management, service record tracking, appointment scheduling, customer management, inventory control, and related features designed for nail salons and similar businesses.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Business License Requirement
Owner-level account creation requires a valid business license. By creating an owner account, you represent that you operate a lawful business and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
5. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Trial accounts are free for 60 days with access to all features. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (Basic at $30/month or Pro at $40/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel at any time through your account subscription settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or abuse the platform
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We will not sell your personal or business data to third parties. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Employee and Staff Data
If you use the Service to manage employee data, you are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your employees and complying with applicable labor and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1NailSystem and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
